Does anyone know if it is ok to get nearly all of my fluid intake from fruit and veg (except for 1litre of water a day for a man around 150lbs when doing a lot of cardio 4/5 times a week)??

Ummm... No. You would have to eat a WHOLE HEAP of fruit and vegetables to get your daily water needs... (about 10kg worth)...Originally Posted by sweetness
Just drink water.... I would suggest 3-4L at a minimum. You can always add lime or lemon juice or some crystal light if you find it hard to drink...
