Pretty smimple question, hoping others out ther may have the same difficulty and/or suggestions on it. I'm allergic to milk, not lactose intolerant but allergic to it. I can seem to take most whey proteins fine, I have been using ON 100% Whey most recently, so it seems sorts of milk proteins do not affect to bad. I get some pretty minor acne, but it's better than big breakouts plus eczema from actual milk.
I'm wondering if anyone out there used casein for pre-bed or morning shakes for slow digestion and is allergic to milk products and what effect if any they have noticed. I greatly appreciate any feedback, I've done some searching throughout the net but the information, atleast ome is really jumbled or doesn't coinscide with one another, so I thought this the best place to ask. Thanks for any feedback on this one guys!
