yes alex, definately. sounds like a great diet. just make sure you eat a lot of carbohydrates if you are trying to grow, as well as lots of protein.

Sounds like you're doing pretty good. If you're trying to grow, the beans and rice (brown rice) should be ok too though.

Well, if you're trying to grow, I say add them back in. If you're trying to lose fat, limit them.

Alex - are you bulking or cutting or just maintaining?

If you are bulking, I suggest that you stick to white rice and switch to white bread. I know this is considered a stigma in bodybuilding, but by switching to white bread, your getting soft-textured carbs (fast-acting high-glycemic carbs) into your body. The soft texture expedites digestion, which in turn increases insulin levels. Insulin-infused carbs reverse muscle breakdown and help to drive amino acids into muscle tissue.

Your diet looks pretty good apart from that. If you are cutting, don't spread out your carbs over the day. Consume the majority of your carbs in the morning and post-workout, and dont consume and carbs before bed. These carbs will be stored as bodyfat due to the drop in insulin sensitivity.

    Good day.
