I picked these up in the store today. All natural, ready to bake roasted red potato fries. Olive oil too

I got the olive oil, parmesan and garlic ones... gonna try em out tomorrow. Also picked up some flax seed meal to try in my oats tomorrow.

    I love trying new thing.

Yeah man, they look pretty good, I'm gonna keep an eye out for 'em.

I noticed that the 'Oven Reds' has maltodextrin and whey solids in it.

    Suitable for pwo?

ahh, thats just a little bit for a coating on the potatoes, probably an ingredient in the parmesan cheese. Nothing to worry about. 19 good carbs and 2g fiber per serving. 2 or 3 of those bad boys and your in business. Gonna have them as a side to my tuna salad sandwich on sprouted bread tomorrow.

I figured as much, just making light of the whole pwo "dilemma" that's always surfacing in bodybuilding forums.

They're a good find, thanks for the link.
