Emma makes her own linseed bread I believe.
Sorry... I can't stay for long but aggies is correct - I make my own 'bread' discribed here - although it is not really bread, it is more of a flat linseed pancake made with linseeds and protein powder that I spread with walnut butter (which I also make)....
Diet is basically lots of vegetables, with fruits, whole grains/brans, legumes, fish/seafood, eggs, seeds, nuts and skim dairy. Protien powder (around workouts and in recipes) but otherwise there is not a lot of processed things... Current macro (I don't do ratio's) are ~ 2200-2300 cals, ~250-270g carb, ~180-200g protein, 45-50g fat.
Thanks Emma here are the ingredients to the bread I get nothing is processed
Ingredients:
*Organic Sprouted Wheat, *Organic Sprouted Barley, *Organic Sprouted Millet, Malted Barley, *Organic Sprouted Lentils, *Organic Sprouted Soybeans, *Organic Spelt, Filtered Water, Fresh Yeast, Sea Salt. *Organically grown and processed in accordance with the California organic foods act of 1990.
There are 80 calories, 4 grams of protein ,14 grams of carbs, 3 grams of fiber
I think this also has a lower GI then sweet potatoes . I am almost postive it does. This is the Ezkiel bread sesame
Also Emma look at this Bread its called "Mens Bread" its yeast free not sure if you a fan of yeast free products. Which one would be better ya think here is the link to Men's bread
