I use this bread for lunch everday...The reason I choose it is because their is no HFCS in the ingredients. And it looks to be whole grain...
I do see sugar in the ingredients, is 3g sugar per slice (6g for a sandwich) too much? Or would it even make a difference?
Also is 3g fiber a good sign?
