    need new diet plan

    ok, i need a diet plan, i want to look lose body fat and retain muscle, but with my job i do alot of moving around, im a delivery driver for a water company and i carry 5 gallon bottles all day for about 4 to 5 hours a day. i eat durig that period of time. i lost about 10 pounds in a month. when i first started, so i stopped doing cardio 20 minutes 5 days a week and went to 10 instead. now my diet is 6 eggwhites, 1 can of tuna fish on 2 slices of wheat bread, 2 oz of unsalted peanuts, another 1 can of tuna fish on 2 slices of wheat bread, then when i finish working ill get a protein shake, or chicken just something thats high in protein and carbs right before i go workout. ill have something thats high in protein for post workout. i drink about a gallon of water through the whole day. i have about 6 or 7 meals in a day. im 5'10 190lbs. need help please

    make sure your getting all your macros in each meal. research what I mean!

    i basically want to get around 200 or 205 maybe more if possible. i basically want to look leaner than i am now i have muscle mass, if i can look like a bodybuilder thatll be great, i know i cant get that way by just diet and excercise.

    good protein
    good fat.

    get the book burn fat feed muscle by tom venuto. it will explain everything you want to know in an easy understandable way!!
