Well it also depends what kind of tuna is it? Chunk light has like 1/3 of the mercury that Albacore contains. I think 4-6 cans/day is kinda obsessive. I don't know if I really believe in all the mercury claims, but I wouldn't take a chance having that much tuna a day. Besides...It's better if you vary your protein sources up a bit. Why not through in some eggs, chicken breast, lean beef, turkey, cottage cheese, whey powder?

. I dont know i just can, i wash it down with water, its not like I dont know what I am doing. I have lots of experience. But I dont know everything so I thought I'd ask someone who knows better then me, I do eat a lot of other protein, but tuna is the easiest to me. Esspecialy now during summer its so freaking hot I dont really feel eating much of anything....lol, I do have to confess that I have been eating junk food almost everyday for like 2 weeks straight (gota fix that).........
swallowing tuna and water like that. But now, I love it. lol
