    need help with weight loss

Im in a fickle! I know what has to be eaten at what times in order to losing weight and staying fit but now that im working i find myself puzzled.. I know that weightlifting/cardiac is a thumbs up for losing weight but when i put 8 hours of dishwashing in almost everyday how does this affect this? Should i weightlift before work? After work? (get off really late). Should i not weightlift at all? As a dishwasher, am i getting enough excersise as it is to eliminate all others?

Ive found lately that ill eat quite a fair portion of food before work, then usually have some chicken or peanuts halfway through work, go home, eat some egg whites or more chicken then going to bed chow down on some cottage cheese. Ive found also that i havent been going to the gym - at all - since ive been working. I mean, why work your legs when ur going to be stancding up for the rest of the day? Ive been working out for a year now consistently at the gym and have gotten some great results, (lost 75 pounds right before it too) so im a dedicated mother fucker.. What must i do in order to properly lose weight..As well, can i still gain muscle while working or does the rest factor have a huge factor in the matter?

If you have a very active job, then it may not be necessary to do much exercise, but I'd still recommend doing some. The amount depends on how much exercise you were doing before, how active your job is, and how often you work.

Rest is really important in weightlifting... if you feel really uncomfortably soar all the time, you're probably overexerting your body. I recently got a job where I'm on my feet all the time, and doing my old leg workouts was painful on the job. I just lowered the volume of each workout a bit. I also only work out three times a week, but everyone is different in this area.
I also exercise before work, as I get off late too. I'm just too tired after work to care about exercise... but I'd say do whatever works for you.

Diet is also really important in weight loss, some say more important than exercise itself. I'd recommend keeping track of what you eat, and getting on some sort of meal plan if you haven't already. The stickies at the top of the forum have lots of good info on this.

Also, posting more about your goals and what you are currently doing will help us help you better.
