    Am I screwed?!

Well I have been on a very succesful cut this summer having already lost 26lbs mostly fat. Before that for the past 3 years I have gone from 280 at my higest to 195 right now. I was concerned that my skin (I know gross) would not tighten back up but it has signifigantly except in the past few weeks I have dropped low enough to see my top 4 abs except there is a signifigant portion of skin right around my lower abs and sides that just is not getting any tighter. I am afraid that even after I lose the rest of the fat (below 10%) I will never have a tight physique and am doomed to having a roll of skin around my midsection. When I was 280 it was mostly fat and I was huge - 46 inch waist. Now I am at 34 inches but I fear I am still doomed! Someone give me some good news or advice please!

PS - I have put on a lot of lean muscle mass including my abs...

Your skin will tighten some, however, unfortunately after years of it being stretched for so long it has lost alot of elasticity. Wait til you reach your goal and then if you are uncomfortable with it, you can have surgery to have it removed. Alot will tighten but just don't expect miracles.

Same problem here bro, but not as big as yours it would seem...

I'm just trying to bulk up, and fill out my waist. so i'll have a bigger waist, but hopefully my chest will size it out.. Figure I'll just get REALLY f'n big. =)
