    Too much on the breakfast?

Hey guys i was just wonderin about my style of dieting as far as losing body fat.Heres some info about myself: Im 155lb and about 16% BF and im trying to get more of like 145lb with a 8-9% BF. I have the excess fat mostly around my stomach and chest. I do alot of cardio (prob an hour or two at the least) about 3 times a week and i lift weights usually on my days off of cardio. This seems to work fine for me as ive lost 10 lbs in the past 2 months....but im still having problems losing BODY FAT. Ive learned that eating a big breakfast and eating small snacks and a small diner is the only way i can control what i eat...but i consume around 600-700 calories in my breakfast alone. I aim for around 1300 to 1400 calories a day, but like i said im pretty active so even at times i dont know if thats enough to keep me working properly.

    Any suggestions?

I dont know what other people are going to tell you but this is what I do.

I start off eating a bowl of cereal, usually "kashi: go lean" or "kellogs: special K with strawberry" with low fat milk for breakfast. It has a lot of protein, nutrients, not a lot of fat or calories, and it tastes good. Over the day, I try to have 5 "meals" which consists of subway/sandwhiches/chicken/fish/etc. And some fruits in between. I try to eat around every 3 hours, before I get the hunger feeling, to keep the metabolism working. Dont eat too much in one session. I dont count calories, but I look for lowfat/low calorie foods. I have lost 20 pounds since beginning of May, but have been working more on lifting weights than losing weight with cardio.

1300-1400 calories a day is way too low......you are starving the body and burning more muscle than fat. You need 1900-2000 cal a day minimum ( if you are a male).

Also eating half your total calories in one meal is terrible....try and eat 5, 400 cal meals a day.....breakfast shouldn't be the biggest meal of the day...your second or third meal can be "the big meal" if you want.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

thanks that makes alot of sense....i was just thinking that i had to stay around 1400-1500 to see any loss of anything. I am a 18 year old male and im pretty active, so i guess i just need to eat every 3 hours like you said and just watch my calorie intake per meal. Thanks alot!
