Mistaaa Bond ??? You told me you'd call the night after!?!?!?!?
I bought some fat-free mozzarella cheese and was wondering...
1) Is this a good source of protein, since
a) it is fat-free2) Is this high in cholesterol because I would think that the cholesterol in cheese is in the fat. The mozzarella I found didn't say anything about cholesterol, but other types of cheese that were fat free had a "low cholesterol sign on it".
b) has less than 1 gram of carbs per serving and
c) 7 grams of protein per serving.
Thank for any information.

Fat free usually means added chemicals. You would be better off eating whole cheese. And contrary to popular belief, cholesterol is not bad for you. The carbs in that cheese are sugars and chemicals, which are far worse. Plus it probably tastes like sawdust.Originally Posted by 007

exactly. just eat the regular cheese and compensate for the extra fat by eating less fats elsewhere. and don't forget moderation!Originally Posted by ponyboy
