    Chips

Ok, I love to eat a healthy sandwich: wheat bread, turkey, fat-free mayo, fat free chz, green leaf lettuce, tomato, and sprouts BUT I love to eat chips too. I always get the Pringles Fat-Free/0 Trans fat chips. Are those ok?

even if they are low fat, they are still full of simple processed carbs

They are not good. Choose something else or consider it a cheat meal

They do make fat free pringles with olestra and they're not bad tasting...but that doesn't make them healthy as they are still simple carbs and I think there has been some health concerns with olestra...they are pretty low-cal though. The only reasonalby healthy chips I've seen are baked tortilla chips made with canola oil.

This thread seems awefully similar to the donut thread.

Ya can always just make your own chips or fries baking sweet potatoes or red potatoes with seasonings. Much better alternative.
