Ok, I love to eat a healthy sandwich: wheat bread, turkey, fat-free mayo, fat free chz, green leaf lettuce, tomato, and sprouts BUT I love to eat chips too. I always get the Pringles Fat-Free/0 Trans fat chips. Are those ok?![]()

They do make fat free pringles with olestra and they're not bad tasting...but that doesn't make them healthy as they are still simple carbs and I think there has been some health concerns with olestra...they are pretty low-cal though. The only reasonalby healthy chips I've seen are baked tortilla chips made with canola oil.

well i havent read the donut thread but I know that donuts are BADDDDDD!
Ya can always just make your own chips or fries baking sweet potatoes or red potatoes with seasonings. Much better alternative.
