The main staples should be chicken, tuna, eggs, fish, sweet potatoes, brown rice, oats, broccoli and any other veggies.

I live in the grocery store!

Do 90% of your shopping on the perimeter aisle of your grocery store (usually where produce/deli/lean meats including chicken/seafood/and beef

    I agree,
It isn't much cash, I'm on a budget too as I have a Husband and 3 little girls. However I think that might buy the bulk of your staple foods like Chicken breast and lean hambuger and some steak tuna , eggs and so on. But as for the veggies and cottage cheese, whole wheat sugar free bread and things like that you really need to do weekly shopping after I buy my meat I easily spend $50 per week in veggies and things. It costs alot to be healthy question is can you afford not to???
    Good luck! Tanya

i spend about 30 every 2 weeks in food, wanna know wat i get?? bag of chicken breast (10 in the bag), pack of tuna (8 or 10 in the pack) and a bulk box of oatmeal (2 huge bags come in the box). Thank god the oatmeal last me about 2 months, that saves me about 10 bucks a week. Keep in mind i'm only 16 and i get my other food from home, but yeah given that my job only pays about 115 every 2 wks, this kinda kills me. But when i look in the mirror, it's worth it.

Are you kidding me. Where's he going to buy his food at "food for nothing". I don't see hardly anything but eggs, oats and some veggies.

Maybe chicken and frozen veggies is stretching it a bit, but brown rice, nuts, and tuna are relatively cheap and can be bought in bulk.

You are right if you shop at walmart and buy the cheap tuna for .54 a can. I buy white albacor at walmart and pay $1.57 a can. On this cut of only 2800 cal's a day I eat 2 lbs of skinless breast chicken a day. If that was the albacor @ 5 oz's a can that would be a liilte over 6 cans a day. 6 x $1.57 = $9.42 a day x 30 days = $282.
Sorry but I don't eat cheap TUNA.

Tell you what bro. For the next 2 months just spend $100 to $150 on just yourself your next bulk. I know a person can gain weight on the money. But the ave. person will gain so much fat around the waist that they would never bulk again because of the shit they had to eat.

I guess go could go to Del Taco on there taco special night 3 for .99 and buy 450 taco's = $150 and eat them all month. Hell that's 3 taco every 3 hours for 5 meals. 15 Taco's a day. You would get protein, carbs and ton's of FAT.

Wonder what the ave person would look like?

Hey if he wants to bulk up cheap do this.

Buy a 100 lb sack of pinto beans. Buy a 50 lb bag of rice. Buy a shitload of lettuce for the veggies. 1 bottle of ex virgin olive oil. Eat the fuck away as you'll have all the protein, carbs, veggies and good fats you need.
