    Whole Grain Multi-Grain Bread?

Is the whole grain multi-grain bread as good as whole grain wheat bread? I ask cause I haven't been able to find a whole grain wheat bread that I really like the taste of.

Don't worry about what it's called but more worried aobut the ingredients. What bread are you eating? You should look for bread made with Stone Ground Wheat flour, no HFCS, and as litle added shit as possible.

As ReelBigFish said, check the ingredients. Even though it says multi grain bread, if one of the ingredients on the top of the list is 'enriched wheat flour' you want to avoid that brand.
