    Question Fruit Juice??

    when i get ready for a show i never drink any fruit juice, because i dont want to count the cals,and simple carbs. Is it ok to drink some? or should i stay away from it?

    Pre-comp you mean? ...no, stay away from them.

    i hardly have any type of fruit juices.i'd rather have a piece of fruit,if i desire that taste.....pre comp,just what w8 said,NO.

    just what i was doing, i was too scared to drink any juice so i would drink lots of water, and sparkling water with ZERO CARBS. I like to have that because it tricks your body into thinking its getting sugar. it tastes like heaven.

    if the juices are 100% pure u have alot less to worry about, half of what's in 100%pure juice is water.
