    Cereal

    I'm trying to cut right now and i eat everything healthy during the day cept for I HAVE TO HAVE CEREAL in the middle of the day. It's so hard to quit. Is cereal pretty bad?

    Fiber One, All Bran with extra fiber, and Uncle Sam's are decent cereals.

    ITS FINE TO HAVE SOME CEREAL just dont go overboard

    use low carb or skim milk and preferably have it postworkout
