5-10 193 here is a better diet without all the carbs and crap
breakfast: bran flakes with semi skim milk
meal 2: 200 grams chicken breast flavored spicy bbq or something
    flavored or white rice
some combination of broccoli, cabbage, kale asparagus tips, peppers, tomatoes, carrots, spinnage, cucumber
meal3 same as above but no rice
meal4 same as above but no rice
invariably the chicken will be swapped with tuna, salmon, seafood .

eat oats, in the morning instead of cereal, add in some protein there, have some eggs with breakfast for gods sake!

Stay away from flavored rice, too much stuff in there you dont need, you could do better than white also, try brown rice.

carbs are not crap... include them in all your meals, along with fats, you can do without them in your last meal, but leave them in (at least in some capacity) in all others, carbs dont make you fat, excess calories do. Cut calories, not carbs.

Agree with most but separate fats from carbs for cutting.
Have protein and good fat or protein and carbs. But not all three to keep fat reduction going.

    Example
Lean turkey breast, Brown Rice and veggies one meal
lean Chicken Breast, veggies and ex virgin olive oil or another good efa for another.

As you see 1 meal with carbs and 1 meal with good fats.

Try to have 6 meals a day. 1 every 2.5 - 3 hrs to help speed the metabolism.

    Tough
