    Weight what's weight??

You want weight, you might be thinking fatloss here. Cutting your carbs can be beneficial for this goal, however you have to do in way that you're not sacrificing your muscle.

Carbohydrate functions as fuel for your body and aids in training to build that muscle. It is also beneficial for refueling your body and muscle after your workout, hence the post-workout meal or shake with faster acting simple carbohydrate and a protein.

Carbohydrate (I think) has more of propensity to go fat however it is not the carbohydrate that is going to increase fat loss but an rather an excess of calories.

depends on body type really. some people do well with lots of carbs even while cutting, white potatoes, pasta and all that crap. others, like me, need to watch the closest while trying to lose fat. when strictly watching my diet i eat only low GI carbs like oatmeal, sweet potatoes etc. the amount of carbs is individual to each person and even to what diet that person is following at any given time. you can cycle carbs, you can go low carb with carb ups, keto diets. some people keep carbs high throughout there dieting because it helps em hold on to muscle and all.

so yea, that was a bullshit answer but its really the truth. everyone is different, you need to just try different things and see how your body responds.

do not try to bulk with a low carb diet...thats for sure though.
