Im currently into week 3 of my cutting routine. I have carbs at 100g, 150g and 200g on consecutive days. Like Foreman said, great diet, good at burning fat. Don't overdo cardio on low carb diets, let your metabolism take care of things (also fat will be expended during the recovery process after workouts). Have a higher protein intake, to avoid muscle tissue being converted into energy via glyconeogenesis.

be prepared for mood swings lol and lack of energy .... i myself have no interest in low carb but i had a friend do it and she lost weight on it, but i will say i didn't want to be around her much, she would snap at the drop of a dime and she was always tired.

Although mine is not super low, because of cutting i keep mine around 150 carbs a day. I also experience mood swings and low energy. But that's the price i'll pay until my bodyfat falls under 10%. I have dropped 21% B/f in the last 9 months. From 34 to 13.8% at the momement
