    bulking

    i currently started bulking last week and was wondering how long most of you guys bulk for? i know some recommend shorter bulks and some longer....what are the advantages/disadvantages to both?

    Bulk until you feel uncomfortable with the amount of fat you have gained and how you look.

    The ones I've seen that bulk, do it in the Fall, and, shed down in the
    Spring, to get ready for competition, in the Summer.

    I would imagine it depends on how big you want to become.

    Watts you have good size now so just bulk in the winter...Oct 1st-may 1st., and cut in the summer.

    OMNIFEX that was a great read! printed it out and keeping it on my dest to keep me on top of things thanks again.

    alright Foreman im ganna go with that winter bulk...starting a little early but what the hell, not much longer in summer anyways so let the bulking begin.
