Very good! A few things....1:00 meal, make sure you're getting a full tbsp oil w/ that salad....your last shake, I think should be a tbsp of flax instead of the cream...and just concerned w/ the 3 shakes...normally I'd say two tops, but I'm guessing at 5:30 am your not in the mood for cookingAny chance the 9:30 meal could be real food?
