Very good! A few things....1:00 meal, make sure you're getting a full tbsp oil w/ that salad....your last shake, I think should be a tbsp of flax instead of the cream...and just concerned w/ the 3 shakes...normally I'd say two tops, but I'm guessing at 5:30 am your not in the mood for cooking Any chance the 9:30 meal could be real food?

The last meal isn't always a shake, but when it is I can change to the oil instead.Three shakes is done out neccesity when I've not cooked far enough ahead.Anytime I can eat real food,it'll happen 'cause I don't feel hungry as quickly.
Would Conjugated Lineolic Acid be a good addition?
