    Lightbulb calories

    Does anybody have any web sites I can go to to get a better number of how many calories I should be consuming.

    Bah. Don't trust any of those forumlas. It's going to depend on each individual. How much you exercise, what your goals are, etc etc.

    I find the calorie calculators beneficial for people (usually women) who tend not to eat enough food...kinda proves to them that "this is how much you should be eating!"

    Hey. Long time no see.

    I guess so, but I personally wouldn't reccommend them. I put it my stats and it said I should be eating about 1900 calories. I would shrivel up and die eating that much.
