    Fat loss in 2 weeks

In short due to my father in law being close to death over the last couple of weeks I have not been training and have eaten complete shit. As a result, i have gained quite a bit of excess fat. My father in law is now recovering and I went to the gym for the first time today. My problem is that I am going in holiday on the 12th of August and want to loose 7-9lbs of fat before I go. I have cut out all carbs other than veg and consuming about 300g protein a daywith 6 1g flex oil tabs as of today Is this the best way to loose fat in the quickest way. I have also just purchased Cytodyne Xenadrine NRG-8 and will start taking this on thursday. Thanks.

2lbs a week is a healthy amount to lose per week. 7-9lbs in a week and half is too much.
If you eat good health carbs and eliminate processed foods, you can loose about 3lbs by aug 12th.

Chances are if you've been eating lots of carbs you'll be holding a ton of water too, by cutting the carbs you should drop water weight as well as fat.
2lbs of fat per week is a good loss but you may drop more weight from water too.
Is the 7 - 9lbs fat loss, actually fat you want to lose or total weight loss?

The diet looks about right for an extreme diet 1200-1400 kcals, all protein pretty much. You'll probably want to do regular cardio instead of HIIT for these two weeks as you can go for so much longer and burn more calories because of that. Just stay physically moving as much as you can.

For supplements, T3/Clen is strong but has the potential for a lot of sides. E HCl + Caffeine is good and a bit milder.

You might need a few appetite suppressants in there to help you stick with it. Just use whatever works.

Wouldnt suggest cutting all carbs. Even with 300gm of protein (depending how much lean body mass you have) catabolism is likely to occur with the amount of exercise your doing. There is no healthy, muscle preserving way to lose 7-9lb of fat in 14 days. Your body needs carbs post workout to prevent muscle wasting and your denying your body this. This caloric intake is also far too low. Your metabolism will come to a standstill soon enough if you continue like this because your body will switch to 'survival mode'. Just cycle your carbs and take a little longer to lose the fat in a healthier way.
