Well, I am nearing the end of my summer cut after 3 months and I am down to 190 from 223. I am also down from 280 in the past three years so I have come a long way. I would like to know if anyone can roughly estimate my body fat % in my gallery pictures. I am always shy to take my shirt off in public because in my mind I am still fat but I am slowly changing that as I improve. My abs are just barely starting to come in so I am debating on whether to continue the cut for a few months until they are really apparent or start bulking and then cut in another 6 months or so. Please be honest and critique my progress!

PS. from my body fat % now, what do I need to get to to see all my abs and or will I ever see them due to the loose skin around my waist from when I was 280? Could I possibly be screwed if that is the case?

First off...nice art with the faces. Second, dont be afraid to take your shirt off in public you look fine and I have seen people A LOT worse wearing A LOT less.
third from eye...I would say maybe around 11% possibly a little higher but thats just MY rough guess. You can find a BF index on the internet, you just have to do a little math.

Thanks, I figured I was around 20% or so but I have no idea how to judge, I should get to a fitness trainer or something to get it measured. I have tried all kinds of online calculators and gotten everthing from 16% to 34%.
