not sure why you cannot do $5 UPS ground orders as long as they are under 10 pounds?

I hear you, but we are using Fed Ex and our average package shipped is 14 lbs....... Does UPS offer a 5.00 ground deal? I will look into it. When we were giving the flat rate at 5.95 it became a nightmare when we started selling bulk and our profit margins are pretty slim to start......
We have a big factory for the whey production, but very very very tiny office space. Another five years of success and we will be able to offer more savings to loyalists, I hope - and get me the grand office with a view that I so richly deserve.

If you do enough volume you should be able to ship UPS ground for $5-$6 under 10lbs, you should contact them.
