    sorry couldnt tell ya, never heard of it before.like IAB said, ask the deli clerk if you can read the label,some deli meats will be higher in sodium,choose the lower sodium one but only by enough meat for 4 days because it wont last that long in the fridge.keep an eye on the fats also..

    Is that one of the packaged kind? If so, the only bad thing is they are high in salt and preservatives.

    Boars Head Turkey is the greatest, I probably eat a hero everyday, did I say it is awesome.

    The only problem with deli meat is it is usually higher in fat for some reason, but the Boars Head Turkey is one of the best, Boars Head Products are one of the best.

    most deli meats are higher in sodium,its the shits,but some products like Healthy Choice Deli Meats are'nt that bad,they just cost a little bit more..
