    Blew my diet

I couldn't help it. This morning at work I was really hungry and I ate 3 donuts. Short term affects? I proceeded with my workout as usual that same day however I'm curious how far this is going to "backtrack" me. Any thoughts?

It'll take at least 3 months for your metabolism to readjust itself to a level where you can once again burn fat!

and not only that, but the workout was pointless, you wont be able to gain any more muscle until ur back in fat burning mood....which is ATLEAST 3 months from now

I dont know if im just messed up in the head, but whenever I have unintended cheats, like im out with my friends and i have pizza, its like fuel for the gym. When im benching i think of the pizza and how I dont want to be fat, so i push the weight hard. It's almost like the bad food help me mentally, because it gets me angry and so guilty

    diet posted

Do you have your diet posted anywhere??
No. But here it is. I'm looking to get cut and lean out by about 7 1/2 to 10 lbs
So far I'm happy with my results, but I'm not even half way there yet

    Post Workout:

    Morning: 9:30am
Fiber One 1 Cup Bran cereal
    1 1/2 Cup Skip Milk
    10-12 Strawberries Frozen
    1 Cup Blueberries
46 Grams Isolated Whey Protein(~180 cals)

Blended all together in a shake.

I get off work at 8:00am so after my workout I sleep until at least 4:30-5pm, usually.

    Next meal around 6:00PM
Chicken Breast Slices with cheese On whole wheat tortillas(usually 2 tortillas)
23 grams on protein isolate (nectar) drink

    Next meal 11:00-12:00 PM
Chicken Breast Slices with cheese On two whole wheat tortillas (about 1 and half chicken breasts)
    diet drpepper 20 oz
    water while I work

    3:00AM
    (2)Ham and cheese wraps
2 slices of ham/1 slice cheese on whole wheat tortilla
    Diet drpepper 20 oz
    water while I work

The diet will vary a bit. Somtimes I eat eggs and cheese in place of ham and cheese wraps.

Sometimes I'll have hot wings(no sugar) depending on the night.

    Any suggestions?

Could you elaborate? I'm not trying to be arnold s. I just want to get lean and fill out. I weigh 152/9% body fat. I'm looking to get rid of the little I have left around the waist and then "bulk up".... to what point im not sure. I havent decided. Thanks.

there are many things you could cut out from your diet i.e. cheese, fruit, milk.

i dont know what the macros are for what youre eating but you could easily add another meal in there too. it looks like some of your meals have 5-6 hours in between them.

    where are your efa's?

9% is pretty lean. if it were me i would start bulking now.
