    Cutting to 130 pounds?

Add some good fats to your first meal, and there are much better cab choices than special K.
Take a scoop of protein out of your post workout and add some good carbs.
In your third meal, replace the fruit pop with real fruit.
Before bed, replace the scoop of protein with Cottage Cheese or something that digests slower.

Frank, I know your goal right now may be to get to 130lbs but I would suggest going the other direction first. Add some lean mass first them have something to cut down too. Just a thought...
