Can i lose weight by eating this....

Hey, i was wondering if i could lose more weight by doing this: (i have lost 15 lbs so far but want to losethe last 7 lbs)

    1. i wake up in the morning, take 20-30 minutes walk
    2. eat breakfast- 2 eggs- put a little cheese on the top
    3. lunch time around 2-3pmish= 2-3 chicken tender or sometime id have a carb wrap with 3 net carb rolled up with 2 chicken tender inside with a LITTLE salad- i try to force myself to eat salad (i HATE all vegetables)
4.snack time- eat some strawberries- 4ish
5.Dinner time- will eat any kind of meat but most of the time= always chicken tenders- maybe 3 pieces along with strawberries.
    6. go out and take a walk for 15-20 minutes
    7. snack time= strawberries

So can i lose weight from doing that diet everyday? plus drinking a lot water and maybe two cups of chai green tea (1 with breakfast and 1 during dinner time)

Chicken tender???? what is that...processed fake food???
and you eat breakfast and then don't eat until 2 PM???....when do you eat breakfast..

you need 5-6 meals a day 3 hours apart, each meal needs PROTEIN.

Spend some time reading some of the diets in the Diet and Nutrition area.

Emma the mod of this site will help you out on a specific diet....
    your diet is terrible I.M.O
you need: oats, real protein ( chicken breasts, steak, fish ect.)
    vegetables...broccoli, Spanish,,,green, green, green! a variety of fruit....oranges, apples...ect.

I'm not bashing you, its just a bad diet and I want you to eat well and be healthy.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

    can you lose weight? sure.
you will gain it back though, plus a little extra.
you are not eating enough. and what you are eating is poor choices.
