    Rate my diet

    Everyday i eat this:
    many chikens, salamon and tuna (plus other fish), potatoes, pasta, macaroni, vegetables like tomatoes and brocolli, and rice. Everyday I eat this stuff totalling about 3000 calories, and i weight 165.

    Id rate it a 7 because your carb choices could be somewhat better, and there aren't really any good fats except for the salmon.

    I'd opt for sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, nix macaroni unless whole wheat, cauliflower, broccoli, long grain brown or basmati rice

    As Xcel said, include some more healthy fats--derived from (but not limited to) walnuts, flaxseed oil and salmon

    Well it all comes down to how much you eat and when as to how efficient your diet is. But as for your food choices alone, eat skinless chicken breast, cut the macaroni adn be sure to include a wide sweep of fruits and veggies.
