Everyday i eat this:
many chikens, salamon and tuna (plus other fish), potatoes, pasta, macaroni, vegetables like tomatoes and brocolli, and rice. Everyday I eat this stuff totalling about 3000 calories, and i weight 165.

I'd opt for sweet potatoes, whole wheat pasta, nix macaroni unless whole wheat, cauliflower, broccoli, long grain brown or basmati riceOriginally Posted by LexusGS

Well it all comes down to how much you eat and when as to how efficient your diet is. But as for your food choices alone, eat skinless chicken breast, cut the macaroni adn be sure to include a wide sweep of fruits and veggies.
