    Rice Milk?

    Is there anything bad about drinking Rice Milk?(Rice dream) I love this stuff and its pretty healthy.

    28 carbs(from brown rice)
    2 fat(from safflower)
    1 protein
    Age-16
    Weight-164
    BF %-10<_<12

    If you take it, make sure that it is organic. Non-organic Rice has lots of Arsenic.

    All of that makes sense, but the brand I like doesnt have any sweetner in it, and the fat comes from safflower oil.(2grams of monounsatured) I dont drink soymilk either, I stay away from soy. Thanks though, good read.

    Maze-Everything I eat iis organic. Not only is it healthier I think it tastes better too.
