At your size, 350g carbs and 150g of complete protein will be sufficient for growth. Pasta is a good food, keep it, but use in moderation (By that I mean don't eat 200g a day, everyday). Pizza, however, while helping you grow with all the carbs it contains, will also add a lot of bodyfat because of teh saturated fat content.
Get your 350g carbs a day from clean sources - potatoes, oats, veggies, pasta etc, and protein from complete sources - eggs, lean red meat, chicken, tuna etc.
