Does anyone have any ideas on maybe a shake or something for preworkout?
All suggestions welcome!
History:
Lately, I have been on a deca/test 400 cycle for five weeks and when I get home from work I am stressed and exhausted. My diet is good I'm eating about 6-8 meals a day, 240gm protein a day, and 240+gms of carbs. I don't know what has happened to me but I am just tired when I get home. My training routine is fine.
Does anyone have any ideas?

Depends on how far in advance you plan on training...30 min. some berries, half an apple, some whey protein or egg whites, 45-1 hr. small bowl oatmeal and some berries with some yogurt
