    stupid question

    stupid question:

At 12% bodyfat wih only 8 weeks left to train, is it possible to get down to 8% naturally, with just HIIT training 7 days a week and a five day a week bodybuilding routine? I am on a carb cycling diet-5 days low carb-2 days high carb refeed.

if it is possible, then any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yep. Depends on how big you are though. If you're around 200lbs, easy. Maximum you can lose in this timeframe without catabolsim taking place would be about 14lbs. Stick with low-intensity cardio, HIIT promotes catabolism.

so judging by the responses, it is possible. The reason I do HIIT is because it whips my ass into fat burning. I want to include low intensity (walking for 30minutes) twice or threee times a week because it will be a change of pace.

If you wanna do HIIT cardio 7 days a week fair enough, but I'm just putting the fact that it causes catabolism out there. Muscle tissue = hard work, so why go and ruin all that work?

Low intensity, although you don't feel like it when your doing it, is near as effective as burning fat as high intensity.

Also, use caffeine. It causes your fat cells to open up and let the fatty acids be used as energy. Use caffeine and do cardio on an empty stomach or otherwise its near useless.
