What time should I stop eating?

I'm usually up to 2 or 3 am - at what time should I stop consuming food for the day if I'm cutting?

Two hours before I went to bed was what I always did. Keep the carbs down though.

i asked the same question a while ago, and was told that to eat about 30 mins to 1 hour before bed, so for me, my last meal sometimes is at like 12 or 1

Funny I have always gorged up until the point that I can't keep my eyes open any longer. I then roll my chair over to the bed and go to sleep. I am kind of fat. Can you think of a reason why?
