    How long after eating...

should I do my HIIT cardio. If I eat at 7:00 in the morning, what is the time range for doing my HIIT. Is it ok to wait until about 8:30-8:45 if I have half a scoop of whey before doing it also?

Depends on what you eat at 7am and what you are wanting to achieve...

Well right now I am bulking and I just want to keep my fat gains to a minimum. I decided that I would do my HIIT later in the day so let me show you what I would be eating prior to HIIT...I just don't want to lose any muscle. Would this be ok?

    7:00
    80g Oatmeal
    73g Brown Rice
    6 Egg Whites

    10:00 (Shake)
    80g Oatmeal
    1/2 Scoop Whey
    12g Natural Peanut Butter

    11:20
    1/2 Scoop Whey

    11:40-12:00
    HIIT

    12:00 (shake)
    50g Oatmeal
    3oz Banana
    1 Scoop Whey

    1:00
    Solid Meal

The reason I would have a shake at 10:00 would be because I have class in the morning untill 11:00. Would it be ok to do my HIIT as I have it scheduled above with a 1/2 scoop of whey before or should I eat something when I get back and do my HIIT later? I'm just not sure if the 10:00 shake and 11:30 1/2 scoop of whey would prevent muscle loss since I would be doing HIIT an hour and half after my 10:00 shake. Would I have enough food in me from my 7:00 and 10:00 meals to prevent muscle loss?

Your meals at breakfast and ~1.5 hrs before the cardio should be more than sufficient. You probably do not need the shake prior to the cardio.
