what should be the daily food program for a not beginner but a little above that type of body builder ....
i would like to have a prog that can be followed so that my body gains mass and my wallet does not become empty....

Whey Protein
Protein bars
Myoplex MRP's
Milk
Eggs
Tuna
Chicken
Steak
Veggies
Cheese
* I am on a low carb diet right now, so not eating any rice, pasta, bread or potatoes.
