    Nuts

    Hi Guys

I know that nuts are a good source of protein but does anyone know what type of nuts are highest in protein?
I don't like nuts so if i'm going to eat them then i want to eat the best ones.

    Cheers

Idea(not being sarcastic)....next time you go to the store just look at the individual nuts and compare protein...that should give you your answer.

Thread on this in supplements section. Long story short........no. Good fats, but protein is incomplete, meaning it lacks all the essential amino acids.
