    Bulking Diet--How's it look?

    Alright, here is my new bulking diet and I could really use some critique. I'm 6'1 173 lbs, 19 yrs. old. Thanks in advance

    90g Oatmeal
    3 Egg Whites
    26g Canned Chicken Breast
    7g Almonds
    2 Fish Oil Caps

    500/12/63/34

    10:00 (shake)
    70g Oatmeal
    14g Natty Peanut Butter
    1/2 Scoop Whey
    2 Fish Oil Caps

    429/14/50/24

    1:00 Pre Workout
    3 Egg Whites
    1 Whole Wheat Pita
    26g Canned Chicken Breast
    155g Brown Rice

    425/4/66/28

    3:00 PWO
    70g Oatmeal
    5 oz Banana
    37g Whey

    510/7/72/41

    4:00 PPWO
    85g Oatmeal
    9g Canned Chicken
    5 Egg Whites

    422/6/59/32

    1 Tyson Grilled Chicken Breast
    2 Fish Oil Caps
    100g Whole Wheat Pasta
    213g Frozen Brocolli
    170g Lettuce

    1 All Natural Cheese Stick

    Do you workout at 2? Does this all digest fast enough for you?

    Might want to add a few more carbs. More fat than I would suggest though.(unless its in a shake)

    Add a little bit more fat. Perhaps a whole egg or some olive oil for your chicken.
