    Sudden weight jump ?

SO this week I've football training camp and i been following my diiet and so far I've managed to drop about 54lbs since March 29th. I weighed myself my usual way and i weighed 233.5, then just for giggles 2 day later i did so again and I weighed 237. I've been sore from head to toe for the whole week I think it's either water retention or mustle gain, I don't think the mustle gain is it though.

You guys are going to lose. You might as well just cheer for me, because Boston isn’t winning in Boston for the season opener. I’m sorry. " - Gilbert Arenas
