    How much whey is too much whey?

    My job is as a consultant and i m usually on the go. so most of the time i grab my protein quota from whey powders/bars. i weigh 180 lbs. total protein i get on avg per day is around 200 gm. (i know i know...working on trying to eat more food with protein). Out of this 200, 120 is from supplements. is this ok? i ve friends who tell me its not good to intake so much whey protein.

    how much protein supplement in gms do you guys/gals take? ... and how much u weigh :-)

    i weigh about 275, and i eat anywhere from 450 - 550 grams per day. half from supps half from food.
