    Taking to long

I've been on a clean bulk diet for almost a month.. And i've seen some results, in the fact that i'm a lot leaner. But my weight has pretty much maintained the same. I'm trying to cut body fat and bulk at the same time which is hard, but any idea how long until i see some better results.

So it's not so much a bulk as it is a body recomposition? Body Recomps are usually(unless you have insane genes) very slow as compared to the standard bulk and then cut routine.

If you're leaner but the same weight, that means that you have been gaining muscle and losing fat at the same time. It seems to me like you're accomplishing your goals, especially if you notice the results.

Well that's true squaggle.. But i'm not that much bigger, YET.

And on the whey, my doctor told me it's bad for my kidneys if i put so much direct protein inside. I may go against his orders though.

    Hahahaha.

Do yourself a favor and "go back on" whey. What the heck are you taking post-workout then anyway?
