    What is the absolute cheapest source of protein

    would it be cheaper going for protein supplements or something like tuna?
    any suggestions would help

    that depends. you can buy a 10 lb bag of optimum nutrition whey online for about 45 dollars. and that is 160 servings which is about 30 cents per serving, and that is 25 grams protein. i also buy tuna but i go to sams club and buy 4 cases at a time that way they are like 30 cents each. depends on preference i guess.

    damn im in the uk and the prices are sky high, where do u buy the 10lbs protein? and also can anyone suggest an inet site

    is all the whey inferior to optimum. I always here people rave about optimum, but all the whey is cheaper. I bought 10 lbs for 42$

    Not to suggest it, but i imagine it's the cheapest source since everyone can make their own. Maybe for the females who want a cheap source

    I consider atw inferior to ON because atw doesnt have BCAA, glutamine and digestives enzymes in their whey.
