9am - 1 egg/5 egg white, oatmeal with banana or apple

11am - protein shake with 2 tbsps of natural peanut butter

1pm - 4-6 oz turkey, tuna, roast beef, or chicken breast sandwhich on whole wheat, veggies or rice

3pm - 4-6 oz turkey, chicken, or lean beef, veggies or fruit

6pm - 4-6 oz turkey, chicken, or lean beef, veggies or rice

9pm - 4-6 oz turkey, chicken, or lean beef, veggies

11pm - protein shake
