    Sugar substitutes dangerous?

    Hi,

    I heard these are not too good for you if you have too much.

    I have maybe 8 of those small sachets a day that I mix with my coffee or oatmeal. I've been doing this for about 8 months.

    Is too much bad for you???

    Basically, it has not been shown to be dangerous... but 8 sachets?? How sweet do you like things?

    Yea, I know its a lot probably.
    I have 2 sachets with my oatmeal - and I have that twice a day and 2 with my coffee twice a day.
