    help me!! cravings kicking my ass

    man ive been cutting and for a week i havent cheated, now the cravings are kicking my ass im serious. There is only junk food on my mind, but i dont want to cheat i want to keep going at least 2 more weeks, but i dont know how im going to do it. today at work some jackass brought a shit load of cup cakes and they were just sitting there for all the emplyees in the break room, and i was standing there looking at them for maybe 10 min fighting the cravings heheh i drank 10 glasses of water. And had a arguement with my brain, but didnt give in. so i need help i wanna go on without cheating. damn it why does junk food have to thats good

    Deal with it. I'm 53 and been cutting for almost 10 months now.

    Just deal with the cravings, although refilling every 2 weeks isnt a bad idea

    yeah once you stop giving in, the cravings just sort of go away. They did for me atleast.

    I have been on a cut for 4 days now so I know how you feel.
    Just look at fat people every day and that might help motivate you...

    Heh, heh. I just need a mirror for that

    If you have a sweet craving try buying some 70% cocoa chocolate and having a tiny chunk. If you have a savoury craving try a low fat cup a soup. Niether are particularly healthy but both are better than pandering to a craving. Works for me most of the time and in both cases its only about 50 cals.
