    Cardio and Diet

    Hey all!

Haven't been on here in a while. Nice to see ya!

I'm currently 191lbs and trying to get down to 185lbs. My current diet is 50/20/30 and my daily calorie intake is 1850. I burned 631 calories doing cardio today. Now, do I eat an extra 631 calories on top of the 1850 cals? (making it 2481 cals) Or, do I just eat 1850 cals? Thanks!
