trying to loose that last layer of fat...

I've been following a pretty sound diet, but now im trying to loose that last 1-2% of fat to get it to single digits. how long does it take? It's been about 3 weeks since i seen any signficant changes. the first 5 weeks was where I've seen the most significant changes.
    thanks

Get some sesathin and some biotek ephedrine with some lipo-6 liquid caps on the side. Thatll smoke it, I guarantee. As long as your diet is as in check as you say, and you're hittin de cardio hard.

Cycle carbs to keep your metabolism from grinding to a halt. High day, low day, super-low day.
