how much protein at one time?

hi, just a quick question: does anyone know how much protein one can take in one serving? i was told the body could only handle a total of 27 grams every 2 hours, any more and the body will simply excrete it in urine.would be grateful for anyone's help. thanks alot.

It depends on your weight, activity, body fat %, hormone status, calorie intake, carb intake and a plethora of other factors.

    Exclamation

A good friend of mine is a nutritionist, and she told me that you can only proses 80gr of protein every two ours(yes that the same as was told you but, she also told me that BB's are the most head strong people to advise and they will only take advise from you if you are 250+ shredded or at least more than they are.

Now on hearing this I contacted Ronnie C.'s trainer and he said that he takes 500-650 grams and sometimes even more. and as I am a BB as well You know witch advise I'm taking

Varies from person to person. Just go for it. Get it in. You shouldn't be eating anymore than about 60g of protein every two hours anyway.

In love when people ask this question.............................so many of the people who answer......don't answer....as the above threads show

I have yet to see a study that says a man can absorb and use over 50 grams in one sitting.....but I have read some saying 35 or more...

its a question that doesn't seem to have a good answer..

just eat 40-50grams per meal, and eat 5-6 times a day and you will be getting plenty of protein.
I highly recommend all IronMagLabs supplements!

That is what I aim for....40-50g of protein per meal, 6 or so times a day. Obviously, you can process more at one time if you are on cycle and/or T3.

Well today I'm starting a clean bulk after cutting for almost 11 months. My protein is going to be very high simulating Dante's dogg crapp method. So I will take in 84 grams a meal for 6 meals. Total will be 500 grams of protein a day with a total of 4012 calories. This will be a very strict and clean bulk going up 200 cal's every month for 7 months. If anyone else is interested in the complete diet, feel free to PM me.
